QUESTION OF THE MONTH I have two pre-dictions. Firstly, industry aver-age rent growth and occupancy for the 2024-2025 school year will remain Sitt generally in line with the record levels we saw for the current school year. Secondly, transac-tion volume for the second half of 2024 will be massive. With rates coming down and per-formance strong, institutional investors will be buying in a big way once again. This will in turn lead to signifi cantly lower cap rates in 2025. —Isaac Sitt, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman, Vesper Holdings Want to contribute to next issue’s Question of the Month?
